A film following Mugly, a dog from Peterborough in England, and his owner Bev as they journey to California to enter The World's Ugliest Dog Contest. Despite being surrounded by career 'ugly dog' professionals, Mugly went on to win the competition and became an international star. A Dead Or Alive Film's production, produced by Andrew Eastel for Channel 5 in the UK.
